The Ogden School District is excited to announce a new performance-based bonus pay for our coaches. The bonuses can be obtained in four areas: team GPA, team attendance, working with feeder programs, and on-field performance. The goals of this new program are to meet district academic and attendance goals for our students, retain and hire quality coaches, increase participation, and become more competitive on the field.
